When I went to customer service, they did not help at all and then ended the conversation, leaving me with no resolution. I then went back to the restaurant to try to get what I paid for and the staff was mad at me for them having to redo the order

I can surely say I will be going to any other location in the future. Workers have a nasty attitude and no sense of customer service. I asked one of the workers a question and they were ignoring me talking to a coworker in front of my face. On top of that, they were completely out of rice in the front and back. While I was waiting, they switched to online only orders- except they didn’t appear to be understaffed and were just standing around. I asked if I were to place my order online if they could wait to make it until the rice was prepped and I would come back, but the employees basically told me that they would make it how it is even with ingredients missing. If I hadn’t showed up in person and placed my order (which I was going to) I would’ve been even more pissed.
