All of the food was cooked perfectly and was much higher quality than I remember. I will be back for sure and I'm glad they have made improvements!

When the food came the wings, fries, and tots were cold. Our server was quick to pick up our payment for the bill. Never again going to a BWW. We do the pick 6 when in a hurry it's always quick, hot and fresh. We ordered with in the first 5 minutes but it took about 25 minutes to get our food and it was luke warm. We had to ask for our drinks because we never got them and also had to ask for napkins and silverware. We ate our luke warm food because we had other things to do yet. When we were done put our dishes on the edge of the table so we could get our bill that took about 10 minutes. Had the bill and card sitting on the table waiting and it took another 17 minutes before he came back. Our quick bite turned into a long night. It wasn't that busy and they had a lot of people on but not focused on the quest. I believe the manager was sitting with a couple team members at a table and didn't even realize things were not flowing in the restaurant. Lots of dirty tables not getting clean. Definitely noone managing the floor. This location is usually good but tonight was not there night! Focus on the guest do your meeting during down time!
