  Menu given had sauce stains, who knows how long it had been there. Booth we were at was dirty with sticky residue. Felt very unsanitary. Incorrect sauce for our wings ordered and service took an eternity when it was not busy.

  Came here with our 2 year old grandson for a quick lunch a little before noon on a Saturday. While seated promptly (by a disinterested host who spent the entire time on his phone), everything else was slow and disjointed - even though it was not busy at all in the restaurant. Our drinks came out each separately - no big deal. But then our food all came out separately as well - unusually long waits in between. First my husband’s wings, then about 5 minutes later the toddler’s chicken strips - then at least 10 minutes later (!) the wrong salad arrives for me. We politely sent it back and just asked her to take it off the bill - which she did and was polite about it - but no mention of what took so long and why the order was wrong. Overall the staff seemed disinterested, the atmosphere was dismissive and unwelcoming. Though we did get a hearty “goodbye and thank you” from 3 staff members as we were leaving (where was that spirit when we arrived?) I’ve had good experiences with take out here, and in the restaurant - was very surprised at the overall experience today. I know there are bigger issues going on in the country and the world right now. Just sharing for feedback and hoping you’ll continue to do better.

  I used to frequent this location until they got rid of the hot barbeque, and now they only bring it back occasionally as a "limited time". The staff doesn't even know it used to be a regular menu item.

  I placed an order for work (multiple meals), ordering online was a hassle. Items I tried to order were unavailable after being put in my cart. I had to redo my order 3 times. When I picked up order, they only gave me 1 bag of food. Good thing I checked because I would have left 2 meals behind.

  Ive eaten here a couple times to try giving this place a chance to be at least decent and I have yet for that to happen so I won't be going here anymore. The food sucks my wife got food poisoning or salmonella probably because the wings weren't fully cooked. The second time the bartender Angel refused to make a drink that I asked for (only 3 ingredients) because she "didnt feel like making it" even though there was only 1 other person at the bar with me and the place was dead. This is the worst bdubs I have been to.
