  Ordered 2 French vanilla lattes one large and one medium. Gave us 2 mediums that were made correctly, just the wrong size, then took both back and remade them both with the medium being .ade incorrectly. This has happened the last 2 times I have come here that they have made at least one of the lattes incorrectly. The person at the register seemed new and overwhelmed, but this clearly was not their fault

  One of Best Dunkin' I have been to! Service was Great! They even treated my two little dogs (in my car) to Pup-Cups!

  Drove out of my way because I needed to get to work super early and wanted a coffee. Their hours listed 5am opening. I got there at 5:20am and waited at the drive thru; no one answered. I pulled up and no one was in the building, and if they were, they weren't working. Kind of annoying to drive past my job 7 minutes to get a coffee and the hours aren't accurate to workers being present.

  They charged me $1 + tax without disclosing the cost... for a cup of water! That's very poor business. Transparency matters, folks. Now, by charging $1 + tax for a cup of water, without telling the consumer ahead of time, who loses credibility as a neighborhood business? That's what I call penny wise, dollar foolish. We all know that since Dunkin Donuts charged for a cup of water but didn't have the price on the menu, that the franchise was less than forthright in business practices. Do they just use unfiltered tap water? Yuck. Where else, then, do they cut corners? Cleanliness? A mom and pop restaurant in Minnesota would never charge for water. That is why people enjoy mom and pop businesses. It's called goodwill. And they blew it with me. Could I afford the buck? Of course. But isn't transparency important to Joe Average citizen? With all the scams and fraud that we read about every day, it just puts a negative impression in my mind. I'll choose to not patronize them again. Yep, over a buck. Integrity matters.
