  The staff are rude and they dont make the burritos like this used to be. My last burrito from this store and it was the size of a hotdog. Not worth the price anymore.

  Busy night and long line for the Hockey BOGO, but the burrito artists were working quickly and the line moved pretty fast. Good food, but it seems some of the portions have gotten smaller at some locations. I'm not sure if the bag was set somewhere wet or if something leaked, but we nearly lost our food through the bottom of the bag, but caught it just in time.

  Upon entering this Chipotle location, I anticipated a meal commensurate with the chain’s purported reputation for generous portions and efficient service. Regrettably, the experience proved to be an egregious disappointment on multiple fronts. The protein portion was insultingly meager. When I requested chicken, the employee, with what appeared to be deliberate parsimony, tapped the spoon against the container no fewer than three times to meticulously divest it of every conceivable shred of meat before depositing the paltry remnants into my burrito. One could scarcely discern the presence of chicken amid the rice and beans; the scant quantity bordered on culinary fraud. Compounding this parsimony, I additionally ordered a side of queso, only to receive a diminutive cup filled to less than half its capacity. When I politely inquired whether this constituted the full portion, the staff member nonchalantly informed me that such an anemic serving was, in fact, the “standard” measure. This justification strained credulity and left me questioning both the establishment’s integrity and its portion-control policies. To crown the litany of frustrations, the cashier required an unconscionable ten minutes to complete my transaction. His languid pace and apparent indifference to the growing queue suggested either profound incompetence or a startling disregard for customer throughput. By the time I exited, my patience had been thoroughly exhausted, and my appetite considerably diminished. In summation, this particular Chipotle exemplifies substandard service, miserly portions, and operational inefficiency. Prospective patrons would be well advised to seek sustenance elsewhere, lest they too endure such a profoundly unsatisfying encounter.

  I ordered Doordash first time ever & I will never do it again!! They literally put 5 pieces of chicken on what looks to be a half of spoon of rice..I'm not asking for anything extra, I just want what I paid for..NEVER AGAIN!!!!
