  Management is horrible. Staff is stuck up & act like they don’t want to be there. Messy lobby.

  WARNING: Horrible location for pick up! I arrived at 8:30 pm and checked the mobile pick up rack - nothing. I waited a few minutes as I noticed 5 other people waiting for their orders (their own and/or picking up for DoorDash orders). We all waited at least 15 minutes before orders slowly were being completed. Around 30 minutes later I asked a lady how long she had waited and she shared she had been waiting for an hour for a DoorDash order! I asked the cashier if he could look into the status of my order and he never got back to me. Eventually at 9:15 this young man came in to check his schedule and saw his crew members extremely struggling and was able to look into mine and another ladies order and got them started. Super thankful for that man! Chipotle please look into those that were working on Friday, April 17th between 8pm to closing. That crew needs serious help and retraining. And that young man who stepped in to help needs a raise! If it was an option I would have selected 0 stars for everything.

  Would not recommend this location. You’re better off not eating. Came during 6pm dinner time and they had no steak prepared (20 mins wait). Poor preparation and poor service after coming here a few times.

  After reading the reviews, I felt like everyone is a cry baby. So I went ahead and got a burrito. Yeah the reviews are correct... Place was trashed, food flavorless, not warm, not cold.. portions were okay, but I order extra everything ( minus meat ) Seems like the staff doesn't speak? They all appear to be from the same family, no one spoke to me, just nodded, didn't answer questions.. I felt like I was bothering them. Some how a barbacoa burrito and a large drink was 18.41 also, I'm not quite sure how they do math in Mexico but here that doesn't add up. I can't even eat this burrito, it's gross. I hate wasting food, I usually finish everyone's plate. And I can't even pick at this garbage. I'm not sure what happened chipotle, but I really think school lunch was better. I don't want a refund, or a coupon.. just know even starving kids in africa wouldn't eat this slop. This is all I could force my self thru. And I used to always get this exact same burrito.

  Was going to get Chitpole due to proximity of locations, been here before but not foe a while..I didnt because thus location is still the same garbage dump of a restaurant with dirty tables, slow service with, What I saw, at least foie employees I front standing around. Codes on bathroom sports to, a sign that riff raff have caused problems,such like the H.P. Chipotle Location. I didnt order anything, it didnt look fresh, the price is different at every location, which corporate decides, which is messed up. Never the same price for same.fopd ar every location.
