  This Chick-fil-A is by far the slowest I’ve experienced across the entire U.S. Orders regularly take over 20 minutes to prepare, even when it’s not busy. Extremely disappointing service and a complete waste time.

  Received sprite that has no syrup in it so kindly asked for new drinks and she must have just walked in and walked back out because my straw was still in it and it still tasted like there was no syrup. Then got home and realized they didn't give us any sauce for the nuggets. Also nothing on the deluxe chicken sandwich besides ONE pickle... So we had gross drinks, chicken with no sauce, and a deluxe sandwich with nothing on it. WASTE OF MONEY

  I as excited to see that they had reverted back to taking orders through the speaker. Nobody likes ordering while a teen with an iPad judges you for not having the menu memorized. I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich and a large Coke Zero with light ice. When I pulled up to the window I realized I also wanted to add a Mac and cheese and told the man at the window. He added it and took my card. He then handed me a medium drink to which I asked, “Is that a large.” He said that I ordered a medium. I did not order a medium. I actually repeated the phrase, “Large Coke Zero light ice,” about 3 times. My dash cam confirmed it. He proceeded to get a large to which the kid taking the order on the mic questioned what he was doing. He said, no, he ordered a medium drink. I said, “No, I ordered a large, and you made me repeat it 3 times.” I gave them my card again to pay the difference. I’m not trying to get free food here. The man at the window then charged me for a whole other drink, I assumed that he was refunding the medium drink. He did not. I guess it’s my fault, for ordering hate chicken in the first place. Do yourself a favor and go to Raising Cane’s across the street.

  It’s unfortunate how they haven’t redone the lane situation yet or this wasn’t thought about during the build of this specific location because I actually won’t eat Chick-fil-A in general because of the his poor design and I’m not gonna sit in line for 30 to 40 minutes for a sandwich sorry I’ll go to the many other surrounding restaurants that you guys have around you canes is right across the street. I could literally sit down and eat at Acapulco and leave before I got through the line here in addition to Culver’s right down the street that has a better business model of bringing out food to customers and having them park adjacent to the business, not holding up the line for an excessive amount of time . Yikes
