  sat inside for 25 minutes waiting to get order taken, were looked at and ignored consistently. Had to order online to get our food. only 2 people on staff, while there’s a line of 10 people out the door. will never come back.

  I placed an order directly from the site for 30 wings and large fries, but only 10 wings and the large fries were delivered. I called the store to figure out what went wrong and the person i spoke said that the other half of the order was still at the store, because the door dasher left it there. I said okay, so what happens now, and I was told that I should CALL DOORDASH AND ASK THEM TO SEND THE DOORDASHER BACK TO PICK IT UP. That was surprising to me but I went ahead and did that and I was told that it was on the store, for not giving the complete order to them. I called the store back and was told that there is nothing they can do, its against policy for anyone from the store to deliver to a home so my options are to cancel for a refund or come pick up the rest of the order myself. While I understand the whole policy thing, I was very disappointed that the store could not somehow figure this out for me as this was no fault of mine and even involve me by asking me to call doordash, when I DID NOT PLACE THE ORDER THROUGH THEM, I DID IT ON THE WINGSTOP WEBSITE. I didnt even know doordash would we delivering. At the end I had to ask for it to be canceled for a refund. This was very disappointing customer service and I was very dissatisfied with how my situation was handled.

  I don’t understand the low reviews. I loved my experience here. Clay addressed me when I walked in and started working on my order right away. It was ready in less than five minutes. He wiped down my cup cause it got a little lemonade on the outside :) great customer service. I used to go to the Crystal location but it’s a tough parking lot to get in and out of. I will be using this location from now on. Thank you Clay!

  Absolute worst workers ever at this wingstop. it’s in such a nice area and the people who work here are horribly rude every single time. this is not the first time i’ve almost punched the workers here. entry level job and you shew me away over you forgetting all of my sauce. i will start going to brooklyn park for my wingstop.

  I'm not surprised why their rating is 2.1. As many have pointed out, Super Rude Cashier!! Yesterday, I went there to pick up a DoorDash order, but the BIG girl at the counter ignored me while my order was ready and she just needed to hand it to me, so I told her about that but she yelled at me and said OKAYYYY!! and continued ignoring me. I left there without picking up the order, and reported and banned them forever!
