  Do NOT order delivery. They are always short drivers, and when they send the delivery contract to DoorDash it adds 20-30 minutes to the delivery time. Then, when your order is already an hour late, the tracker sits in limbo because no drivers are available. Tracker isn’t updated to this fact, nor does the location contact you - they’re happy to text your order info but no updates - explaining the delay. Ended up getting carry out and no apology, no inconvenience freebie or coupon. NOTHING. I’ve ordered almost a grand in pizza there in the past year because the food quality is good for carry out, but I’ll be shopping another more distant location from now on.

  March 12, 2026. I ordered a 3 topping pizza on their app but there was not enough room in the instructions box to explain how I wanted the toppings distributed. So I called the 1- 800 number and gave the woman my order number and it took 4 times before she understood my simple request. ( a simple 3 topping request ) that I order from a competitor every week with no issues. When I went to pick it up at store on Vinewood Lane in Maple Grove, there was a rain storm, so just ran in and grab it without checking it ( my mistake ) but should I have to ? I get home and the pizza is wrong. I get it, mistakes happen, so I called the 1- 800 number and the woman tells me to return to the store and they will replace it. I explain that there's a storm outside and she said I can go anytime the following week. I call the following week and they remade the pizza, but it wasn't what I would consider comparable to any of their competitors. NOW, I go to my credit card app to check and I see they that have charged me the 10 dollars plus tax which is the advertised price on the app, and it is a pending charge. 3 days later, the 10 dollars has now INCREASED. with NO explanation. I called my credit card company to file a dispute, and have called the store directly and left a message with a store employee 3 times. ( NOT AN ANSERING MACHINE.) The employee tells me she has given the manager each message personally and has no explanation for why I haven't received a return call. Right before writing this review I attempted to call the store again 6 times but kept getting hung up on. I guess they have enough business, so I will go to the many other options in the area where they appreciate the business. Today is March 31, 2026, which is 19 days since I placed the order, and still haven't beeh contacted.
