  Ordered a mcflurry and they didn't even bother to mix it. Just oreos dumped in with ice cream. Appallingly lazy.

  I normally don’t leave negative reviews but the service at this location is definitely the worst i’ve experienced at any restaurant. After leaving the drive through i noticed that most of our order was either wrong or missing, we pulled back around, the manager decided to take the bag and receipt from us, dig through the bag, handed it back to us and still ask us what was wrong, she had acrylic nails on and was wearing no gloves. I’ve worked in fast food for years and I know you’re never supposed to take food from a customer let alone hand it back to them. If that’s not bad enough she accused of of trying to get free food even after seeing the incorrect items in the bag. this happened last thursday around 7 pm. I went back today and my food was very cold and they were missing my medium fry, i didn’t even bother returning, i blame myself for even spending money here after what happened last time. i’ve been coming to this location for years, as i live close by and the service use to be pretty good, not sure if it’s new management or what but I will never be coming back again.

  Drove all the way here at 430AM because it said it was open 24 hours on Saturday, confirmed by the store itself. Nobody answered the drive thru, even though I could see people inside. Never coming back, that's for sure.

  We celebrated a birthday here on a Saturday at noon with a large group of about 30 people. I called management two weeks ahead just to give them a heads up. Even though they mentioned they normally don’t host parties due to space, the team went above and beyond to accommodate us. They helped reserve tables, allowed us to bring balloons, and even held onto my decorations and cupcakes that morning. The restaurant was spotless, the service was incredibly fast, and the staff was so organized even with our large order of Happy Meals and other meals. The highlight was when Grimace came out and surprised everyone! Our guests, other customers, and even the staff were all enjoying the moment. Excellent customer service and such a fun experience. Thank you for helping make the birthday celebration so special! A special thank you to the manager and the entire team for making the celebration so memorable. Your kindness and excellent customer service truly stood out. We will definitely be coming back and highly recommend this location to anyone looking for great service and a welcoming environment.

  First time dinning at this location for my nephew’s birthday! The management was extremely accommodating (20 kids) and their service was fast and friendly! The staff brought music out and played it while we ate. Grimace even made an appearance 💜🎉. You all knocked it out of the park! Thank you!
