  There were a couple people in line when I arrived and I usually ask for a fresh sesame chicken because I don't like when the sauce has soaked into the breading... typically not an issue. This team wasnt very well prepped this night, and I watched a steady stream of people walk through the door as a second employee had to help cook to catch up to refill the line. As the line built I sat and waited for my food to be finished while the rice and potstickers died in the package sitting on the hot line unattended for about 10 minutes. The Asian lady was obviously annoyed and didnt have a problem showing it. Poor guy with the glasses was doing it all. He was great. Chicken was great since it was fresh, rice and potstickers pretty much sucked.

  It’s quite amazing a restaurant that has made Asian foods for decades can make Asian food that taste like it came from a retirement home cafeteria in Alabama. Absolutely horrible. Let’s start with the rice, the foundation of Asian cuisine .. I ordered brown rice. What I got was uncle Ben’s brown rice soaked in hot water, chalky rice kernels. Clearly, nobody in the kitchen bothered to taste it before serving it.. I ordered Kung Pau chicken and Thai coconut curry in the Combo deal because everything is served cafeteria style and those options looked the least odious, and freshest. Both of them tasted like they were made in my mother‘s pressure cooker back in 1972. All reasonable ingredients plus excessive sugar and salt, but no consideration or care given to preparation. 3:00pm, Nobody in the restaurant, staff standing around talking to each other, but dirty tables that the staff could easily have wiped off and prepared for next guests. I wiped off my own table. I haven’t been to Leanne Chin for years and years. I forgot why I haven’t been here for so long. Now I remember. It’s because it’s a restaurant, and their food sucks, careless employees doing the minimum and burning down their clock so they can get off. I can’t understand how this restaurant has lived so long.. Avoid

  Two of our meals were wrong and they would do nothing about it. Don’t ever go there. It’s the worst place.

  Disappointed with my experience today. I paid almost $5 for a side of rice and received only one small scoop. I mentioned it to the cashier at checkout, but nothing was done to address it. Walking out with a $20 bill and very limited food was frustrating, especially since this location is usually much better. Hoping this was just an off day, but the portions did not match the pricing this time.

  Ordered online and my food was fresh and absolutely delicious! Best food I have had in a long time from a Leann Chins! Great job Team! I really appreciated the prompt service and friendliness.
