Food was delicious and the staff was friendly and helpful. I don't know if its good hiring or good training, but somebody there is doing right. I had a question about adding my receipt to the rewards app because I realized too late that I could be using the app as a "punch card" for rewards. You can enter a 12-13 digit number from the bottom of the receipt to your rewards. Within 24 hours and you still get credit for your purchase. I used the self service order kiosk and the receipt did not have that number. I went up to ask for help and whoever it was that helped me (looked like a manager, maybe a shift lead, IDK I didn't ask) couldn't find it either. He took my phone number connected to the rewards and told me he would get them added. IDK if hw did at this point or even if he will. What I do know is that at that moment he was very kind and empathetic to my minor problem. All in all, this is a chain restaurant. The food probably tastes the same as every other chain, but going to this location, hopefully, what you will remember like me is the great atmosphere and customer service that sets this location apart from rest.

The fries quality was very large, I ended up eating my friend’s fries as well to avoid waste. Good place to eat and very fast.

My only real complaint is with the customer service, which is non-existent in this location. Short of yelling out that my order was ready not a single employee in that place ever said a word to me and there were more employees onsite than customers.
