I don’t live anywhere this location so it’s a pain just to go back. I have tried multiple times to call to ask for a refund and no one answers the phone. I don’t know how else to reach out. It’s $8.00 so not the biggest deal but still disappointing.

- TTThe TruthJan 1, 20261.0I have had multiple bad experiences with Dunkin’ Donuts, and the Maple Grove location just added fuel to the fire. This time, I ordered a large latte with light ice. What I received was a cup packed completely to the top with ice, the exact opposite of what was requested. I took three drinks and the cup was already empty. Three. Drinks. That is not an accident. That is not a training issue. That is a scam. At another Dunkin’ location, an employee previously told me that the liquid volume is the same regardless of cup size and that ice is used to make the drink appear full. If that is company practice, then customers are being deliberately misled into believing they are getting more product when they are not. Maple Grove just proved that point by stuffing the cup with ice despite a clear light ice request. You cannot charge premium prices while delivering ice instead of product. Customers are paying for coffee, not frozen air. At this point, this feels systematic. Either Dunkin’ has a serious operational integrity problem, or franchise locations are knowingly shorting customers. Neither option is acceptable. I am documenting these incidents and will be escalating this beyond store level. Consumers deserve transparency, consistency, and honesty. Right now, Dunkin’ is delivering none of the above. Fix the process. Fix the training. Or be prepared to answer why this keeps happening.
