I’ll start by saying I am usually very understanding for less than perfect service. I’ve been in the industry for 12 years. I have managed several bars and restaurants, and now I own 5. I have been to this location once a month for over a year. Despite the rising prices and lackluster flavors (I usually drink McUltra so I’m not too picky and eat here rarely) and fully understand that everything is getting more and more expensive. Feels like every second we take a breath, an ingredient goes up in price.
I have NEVER had bad service, and when it has left something to be desired, it has been SLAMMED busy. Unfortunately, tonight was not the case. The bar had 3 people working. A guy in an orange bears jersey. A gentleman in a black polo. And a blonde with a black shirt and blonde space buns.
The gentleman in the black polo and glasses (someone who has served me in the past) was working on closing out tabs and provided the best service. Took a split second to acknowledge me when I sat down and made sure someone was taking care of me. The guy in the orange jersey seemed too preoccupied with the Bears game going on and let my drink sit empty for 9 and and a half minutes and walked past me several times before asking if I wanted another. One of those times looking down at my empty glass and making eye contact with me before blowing by me. The server well had no tickets. And was not serving other guests at the bar rail.
All par for the course. Aka stuff happens.
Moving on to the blonde with space buns. I know that maybe we all have bad days. And maybe she was in training or she was new. But she was the first to see me sit down. Said nothing. I raised my hand to try and get her attention and made eye contact with me. Nothing. Her face couldn’t say “I don’t want to be here” more. Not to mention her clicking her fingernails on the bar top or the cooler as if she was waiting for the world to end.
Then when asked by her fellow bartender to help with something, stating “I don’t think that’s my job” then walking away just solidified what I already knew, she didn’t want to be behind the bar. Then to continue in the absolute atrocity, my beer was sitting empty in front of me, along with the two gentleman next to me, proceeded to assist them after looking at my empty glass!
All in all, I don’t think I’ve ever been so appalled by service at a bar that had 3!!!! Bartenders behind it. AND THE ONE PERSON WHO WAS ATTENTIVE, was running circles around them with a smile on his face.
I am not looking for anything. I am not seeking retribution. But you can best believe I will find another bar to give my money to when the packers AND the Wild are playing.

Food isn't the best. On pair with an Applebees. Food prices don't seem like a great value for what you get. You'd only want to go here to play the games.

Very expensive. Games are fun, service was incredibly fast. Food is good. Waiters are a bit snobby. Drinks are expensive but they do have happy hour, happy hour drinks taste like pure juice. Don’t order drinks from here.

We had a good time but it has gotten very expensive. I wouldn't have written a review but my 9 year old daughter Got food poisoning from the kids fish meal. But for spending 400 dollars between 2 family's I would expect a little better quality in the kitchen. But maybe I shouldn't maybe I just got a little ripped off and a sick kid.

Definitely the best food ive had in this state. The prices however are outrageously high. The games are fun but I feel like this location compared to others in the country is smaller.
The large screen tvs for games are awesome. The TVs at the bar are far too close for comfort viewing.
The bartender Chris I believe his name was, was very attentive. 👏
