  Food was decent. Service sucked. I knew when I went in with my 5 kids for my son’s birthday, I was gonna get charged an automatic gratuity. (18%). I’m used to it I have a big family happens all the time… however what also happens all the time is they’re getting an automatic 18%! Key word being automatic here… because they’re getting a good tip regardless of how they act or how long they take, service ALWAYS sucks no matter what. Got checked on twice. Waited 30 minutes for the check. Waited another 20-30 for ONE box. One set of fountain drinks that took 20 minutes to come out.

  We had reserved a section for a large group and everything was ready when we got there. Staff was exceptional, they were fantastic with serving drinks, checking on us, and food came out right away. My expectation for the food was not very high but I was wrong, it tasted fantastic. Only complaint I have is the game I played, large Ms Pacman game, needs to be fixed, the levers that control the pacman did not work well. Frustrating when I am trying to win first place :). Great place to have a good meal and a great time with the family or friends.

  Meathead host/bartender needs to lower his ego. Kicked me out for having a poppi can. Lost business because of this btw. Some people really shouldn’t be working in customer service. Also wouldn’t let me use my free appetizer with my ticket coupon. Absolutely terrible service here all around. It’s like they tell the people working here to be rude to customers and try not to satisfy them. Edit- food manager was able to apply the coupons for us. She was amazing.

  I used to love coming here but man did it take a turn. The place is dirty, most of the sink was out of order and it was like that in both bathrooms. A decent amount of games were broken, are had issues. My last experience was bad. I did the super bowl deal and what a scam. I paid 34 after tax, it was supposed to he 40 feet tv, unlimited play, and unlimited wings. The only things that it really was, was unlimited wings. No where did it say it was selective games. They said only the blue games we could play. There's barely anything games that are blue, definitely not for the adults. That was very false advertisement. I paid almost 70 dollars for my tickets and was so disappointed. I found that out after they handed out the cards. I also felt like they were giving the white people a lot more attention than anyone else. They were supposed to do stuff to win prize and only the white people got picked to participate in some things. The waiter/ waitress were super nice and sweet. I didn't have any problem with them. But I did have a problem with the food. We all got food poisoning and got sick from the wings. The first round of wings were good, but after that the food went downhill. I'm extremely disappointed over all with my last experience definitely with how much money was spent. On top of that, the place was dirty. Not busy dirty, dirty as in they don't be cleaning properly. The bathroom was the cleanest area.

  I came to this restaurant on super bowl Sunday, to check out their new re-vamped menu. I ordered the fries GPT, the honey bbq wings, and a margarita. The waitress was nice but put in a couple of my orders in wrong. At first, I order the fries gpt as an appetizer but it was brought as a side instead. When I asked the worker who brought out the food if the fries were the “appetizer size” he said yes and walked away, then when I asked the waitress she said no, it was the side version, even though I ordered the appetizer. Then I when I asked for a 2nd side order of fries GPT (which is listed on the menu as an option for side) I was then brought and charged for an appetizer because she said you can’t order a side of the fries gpt on its own, even though a side of the fries gpt is listed on the menu as $5.99 on its own. The waitress then proceeded to argue with me about what I ordered until she eventually took it off the bill. I also order a neat margarita and she brought me one on the rocks. The fries weren’t very crispy and kinda soggy, but the wings had good flavor, and even though they were drowned in sauce, they were still crispy. The prices are also decently expensive for bar food.
