The employees have been slow, messed up my orders, been unable to make blizzard I’ve requested and overall have completely soured my experience here. Tonight I ordered a royal chocolate brownie extreme and it was way under filled, had raspberry/strawberry juice in it, and very little actual pieces of chocolate. I will not be returning.

And again no peanuts and when I asked for more the lady was so rude and disrespectful! I had 3 peanuts my first layer of hot fudge, 8 the next and a few more at the bottom! Another note, I ordered a small chocolate dipped cone at the DQ in Delano, It’s the same size as a large at this DQ!! And the servers there are pleasant and smile and thank you for your business! Won’t get that here! NEVER AGAIN! Portion sizes keep getting smaller and smaller! I remember when I used to order a peanut buster parfait, the ice cream filled the cover and you had so many peanuts!! Now you hardly get any peanuts and should you ask for extra, you’d think you were asking for gold for how rude the servers act. The last young man was not friendly at all and so rude!! I keep hoping it will improve but after this last time, I’m done!!! They need to go to the DQ in Delano, they have great customer service and don’t skimp on their orders!
