  very very weird manager went in just to get a pack of dilly bars, my sister asked who i assume was the manager (older guy with a dq button up on) if they had any of the valentines cupcakes he said no, which was fine we were taking a chance and knew they were probably gone, she said okay, just okay nothing else, his response to that was “its sunday the cake makers are at church because they need to repent.” we thought he was joking until we realized he wasn’t laughing at all… it did feel targeted towards us but honestly what did his workers do to him to deserve that. it overall felt very weird to bring religion in when dairy queen has stated they have no religous affiliation…

  Service was very friendly and fast but that only means so much when the food you get is incorrect and lacking the mixins. We ordered 2 blizzards, both cookie dough and one should have added marshmallow added. Both blizzards were lacking cookie dough to the point that the bottom halves had absolutely no cookie dough. There was also no marshmallow added to the one blizzard it was ordered on so that kinda sucked paying an upcharge for something we aren't getting. We also hoped to sit in the atrium area of the restaurant but that was inexplicably blocked off which is why I gave only 4 stars on atmosphere. We came here because we were dining in MG on our way to a concert and this was my childhood DQ so it was a fairly disappointing visit needless to say. Doubtful that we'll come back.

  Quality has dwindled, extremely concerned for unsafe practices when ordering delivery, bags and drinks not sealed so you would have no idea if it was tampered with. Extremely dangerous. I know they are capable of it because they used to do it. Its not worth the risk ordering delivery from here or even going to this location at all for that matter.

  How the mighty have fallen... Almost like a McDonald's, just can't come anymore it's so bad. Most food places (including where I work) have policies of accountability, but when they messed up my order they wouldn't make it right because "it has to be right then and there for a remake" (I was in a hurry when I ordered and didn't get a chance to see their mistake until I got home so I came in the next day and was rudely turned away). If you want to charge an arm and a leg, provide at least SOME value in return, and be accountable. The associates are as good as it gets for a place that underpays and overworks a bunch of kids, so I'll give them a pass for the below average service (though I will say that Nevaeh, among other associates, has been super positive and reliable every time I go there). Overall the place is just a shell of what it once was.
