- HWHeather West4 days ago1.0My daughter and I went 11/19 and ordered food. The staff is a bunch of young teenagers that basically ignore you or just stare at you clueless. We ordered our food and went to grab our drinks.They place was a disaster in there none of the pops were correct. The rootbeer was connected to Mr. Pibb. So went to get sprite that was completely out. So I let the girl at the register know she literally just looks at me crazy and doesn’t say anything. The cook was back on his phone text messaging playing a game who knows what and then right back to cutting up the food and dealing with the food. Dirty unsanitary and definitely won’t be back!

Although late in the evening, and well after the assumed "dinner rush", the restaurant was filthy in both kitchen and out. On a prior visit we had to get replacement food for another botched order. People are helpful and pleasant. Hoping these were isolated issues, I'll try again just to to be sure sure. Strike 2!

When I walk or do mobile orders it's done right every time Everytime I come to the store, the workers are great and super friendly. Zach in fact I see almost every time and knows me by name, always smiling and very friendly too with every customer. Even when it's late at night or busy during the day he's super hard at work helping everyone around the kitchen and drive thru. I think people need to give this place a chance as it's not been open for long.people need to cut them a break as their working very hard. But also Zach needs a raise or promote him if he's not a manager already

The customer service is absolutely superior, the food is perfect! Out of over 30 locations I’ve been to this has become my absolute favorite!! Every employee is smiling and grateful that I’m there, the manager jokes with you in the most fun ways. 100% by far this chipotle is amazing!!
