If you guys are out of chicken - make more or cancel the order. Chipotle should stop taking cash and focus little bit more on service. I had to wait a bit for my bowl to be finished as they were cutting up chicken, but otherwise things were good. Friendly servers and managers. Everyone working was hustling and trying to help each other out. Seems like they could have used some extra staff to make sure both in store and drive thru were adequately staffed, but there was a hiring sign posted. My food was tasty and fresh.

I have on 3 separate occasions in 2026 alone either arrived and been told they didn’t have my order, despite showing my confirmation, or received the wrong meal altogether. I have repeatedly been brushed off or treated rudely by a rotating staff. I have now lost faith in this location and will not be returning. Please take your business elsewhere, this Chipotle is not worth it.

I was not given the option to repick up the order (not a big deal but annoying). I placed another order of the meal and picked it up. When I went to the window to respectfully tell them that they forgot an item and that we don’t live close enough for it not to be annoying the girl said “sorry” and shut the window in my face. When I got home to eat my meal the meat was extremely fatty and did not taste good. I am not a review kind of person but this was really frustrating
