  Frank is always on top of his game. If he sees me in the parking lot, my drink of choice is waiting for me. If not, as soon as I walk in the door, he greets me with a smile and my drink. I look forward to the days that I know Frank is working. He’s made a conscious effort to learn my name and it makes me feel like I’m in my very own version of “Cheers”. In fact, we purposely try to come on days that Frank is working. He makes the guests feel valued and that goes a long way.

  Service in the bar/restaurant was fast, but the people manning the prize counter could not have been less enthusiastic. We went to buy tickets for the human crane machine and stood in front of the counter for a hot minute while the employees didn’t even acknowledge us, just taking to each other. When I finally got their attention, the girl acted like checking us out was the biggest inconvenience in the world. She told us to wait by the crane machine and someone would be right over, so we proceeded to stand there like idiots for at least 15 minutes before I asked if anyone was coming. Turns out we were waiting on them the whole time!! It wasn’t even busy, It was just very clear that neither of them wanted to help us with the crane. When the guy reluctantly came over, he wasn’t exactly rude, but said literally nothing to us the entire time. He didn’t explain how the ride worked or what to do or anything, and did not smile once. It was just really weird and the negative vibes ruined the experience for us. The arcade was fun but it felt like half the games were busted and we had to get help for machines stealing our tokens multiple times. The food was good but expensive, we ended up doing one of the eat and play packages and I accidentally tipped 20% on my tokens without realizing. Either refill your game cards at the machines or factor in the token price when you tip. Overall a disappointing night, but the mountain of nachos were 🔥🔥🔥

  First time being back in a few years. The games have 90% changed and not for the better. We played a handful of the games and All were Extremely dirty and greesy. Like the glass/plastic hadn't been cleaned in months. There were drinks that had spilled all over the connect 4 basketball game that had been left for awhile with crumbs/dust as well. Couldn't even see where we were shooting the ball due to the plastic protector being hazy. Lack of cleanliness and care in general was obvious. Plenty of workers greeting and waiting to help people in the bar/restaurant but non existent in the game area. The arcade area should be maybe 5 years old to 10. Adults maybe have a few to choose from. Very disappointed.

  Came here on a Sunday to take advantage of the half-price games and had such a great experience! The atmosphere is fun and energetic, with tons of game options for all ages. Neressa was an amazing server, and Frank was a funny and informative bartender—both were incredibly kind and patient with me as a first-timer trying to figure out how the Power Card/points system works. So glad we came, especially now that my boys are older and can really enjoy all the games. And as a bonus, I love that I can grab a beer and enjoy food options beyond just pizza. We’ll definitely be back many times!

  I really dont like throwing shade, and our party even discussed it. Service was just bad. Food was mediocre. Asked 4 times for a lemon slice for some water, they brought my wife the wrong entrée and 2 separate servers tried to argue its what she wanted, but I think she would know. 2 separate checks and we had to comb through them and they added a drink to our tab, that was ordered three times from our companions. Wait staff would ask one person if they needed anything, then walk away before anyone else could chime in, so we waited. Waited for 2 entrees after most of the table had already eaten. Sunday afternoon but dining area was only about 1/2 full. Guess someone was having an off day. But for the price, we all agreed the tip should have been less than 10% and wasnt earned by any stretch. We were willing to overlook some minor things, but one after another, service was just flat out bad. First time at a D&B. Probably the last.
