I don’t usually leave reviews, but this experience was bad enough that I feel like I have to. This location is consistently messy. There was trash all over the floor and tables, and no one was cleaning it even though employees were just standing around at the front. We stood at the counter for about 5 minutes while multiple employees looked at us and didn’t acknowledge us. That alone was frustrating. The food itself was mid at best. The burger was okay, the fries were bad enough that I threw most of them away, and the Blizzard was just decent—not worth the price. The biggest issue was the order confusion. We were given the wrong ice cream, and it turned out we had someone else’s order while they had been waiting around 20 minutes. Even after it was remade, the whole situation just showed a lack of organization. For $40+ for two people, this experience was not worth it at all. Overall, this location feels poorly managed. I won’t be coming back.

This experience was incredibly frustrating and honestly makes no sense from a customer perspective. I ordered items directly from your website that were clearly listed as available, only to be told at the store that they “don’t do” them. I was told “I don’t do side cars” and “I don’t do parfaits,” which is already confusing enough when those exact items are being advertised online. But the most shocking part was being told I couldn’t get a side of dip because they “need their supply to last until August.” August? That’s five months away. If an item is being rationed to that extent, it should not be available on the menu or website at all. This feels incredibly misleading. Customers are ordering based on what’s presented online, only to be denied at pickup because the location is choosing not to serve those items. This is either a major breakdown between corporate and this location, or this store is not following brand standards. Either way, it reflects poorly on the entire brand. Menus need to reflect what is actually available. Telling customers you won’t serve something so your inventory lasts for months is not a reasonable solution.

We arrived at 9:30 to order our dinner, it took 20 minutes for the food to come out and when they brought it out 5 minutes before close they said we needed to eat fast because we needed to leave in 5 minutes. 4 minutes later - a minute before 10 the manager turned the lights off on us and became even more rude. In all my years I have never seen such a rude staff towards polite customers.

Hello :) I went to the drive through with my two other friends February 28th at around 8:30pm and was greeted with nothing but disrespect! We greeted the person who was going to take our ordered and asked to split it into three so we can all pay separately. She told us “I’m not doing that I’m too busy right now.”. We thought she was joking because it’s simply just taking the three items and putting them on separate bills so we proceeded to ask if she was being serious. She then told us that she’s not doing that again. Personally, if I’m treated with that kind of attitude and behavior I don’t want to buy anything from you. As we left the drive through without ordering or eating, we see there’s literally only three cars in the line. I’ve never had any issue anywhere doing separate orders in drive through and don’t understand how much more difficult it is. I wish we were treated nicer.
