  Far worse than other chipotles in the area based on the food quality. Seasoning, dry meat and portions all seem off. Was very excited to have one in this location but not sure what is going on with the food preparation. Hopeful they can consult with some of the other successful locations to get things up to standards.

  Visited this Chipotle Mexican Grill location recently and was a bit disappointed. The rice was squishy and salty ! I’ve had much better experiences at other Chipotle locations. That said, I like Chipotle overall and hope this location improves consistency going forward. Drive thru feature to pick mobile order in this location is convenient

  The serving size was way smaller than all the other chipotles I’ve visited. The worker there was more focused on talking to his coworkers than preparing my bowl. Very unprofessional place and will not be back.

  Extremely disappointed! I showed up at 10:25pm on Saturday April 4th and the doors were locked and they told me they were out of chicken. I said I wanted the steak anyways and he turned around and walked away and did not open the door! Very frustrating as I have had rude service here before but figured the person was having a bad day, but this is unacceptable and management needs to know!

  My boyfriend and I were coming to this location every Wednesday for quite some time until about a month ago. There are two late night employees that we decided we didn’t want to deal with anymore…we go to Chipotle to improve our night, not to get depressed. There’s one guy manager that always radiates bad energy and stress to the rest of the staff - he also gives the smallest portions. (We did get one taller guy manager once who was amazing and super friendly) The there’s this lady who always seems to hate every single customer who dares ordering from her. There is seriously no filter with this girl. We’d ask for sour cream it would splatter off of the bowl and onto the rest of the food because of how aggressively she would slap it onto the bowl. I’m like dang lady what did that sour cream do to you?! The final day we came to this location there was a dad and little daughter in front of us. They were very nice and cute. This lady is standing there tapping her foot and rolling her eyes as the dad tries ordering for his daughter as quick as possible. She comes over to us and starts her food slapping (thankfully we know our orders by heart). There’s a few rude quips here are there and then we get to the lettuce which I see needs a refill. It’s 8pm. I say lettuce please..if you have more haha. She hesitated and then looked me in the eye smirking and said we don’t have lettuce. I’m sorry maybe they somehow didn’t have lettuce at 8pm but her attitude made that hard to believe! My boyfriend and I were laughing walking out that day, lettuce-less, and we’ve never went back.
