- MGMaya Griesbach2 days ago1.0This visit was a masterclass in how not to serve customers. Every correction led to another mistake—wrong bagel, repeated errors, and forgotten cream cheese. Staff seemed more focused on chatting than serving. While I received a refund, as a business owner myself, I feel for whoever owns this location. They are losing money and reputation because of inattentive staff. I truly hope this helps them improve what could be a great store. Date April 11th 2026 Time 12:45 pm

I ordered a farmhouse with 2 eggs which normally costs me like 8 dollars or so. Imagine my surprise when double that was charged to my card and I was charged for completely the wrong order. On the recipet the farmhouse was voided and I was charged for 3 bagels I didn't order, a sandwich I didn't order, extra bacon I didn't order and extra cheese I didn't order so 21 dollars total. I can understand mistakes, but the fact that I tried calling the store multiple times to remedy the situation and was never able to talk to a person is what really bothered me. I just got an automated system that told me everyone was busy and disconnected the call.
