  I had an over 5 minute wait on April 4th, they gave me my medium frosty, then when someone finally came they asked who I was, had the wrong order, tried to give me the wrong order after I explained what I had. They kept the drink after I explained the 2nd time I didn't have one, gave me 3 single burgers instead of 20 nuggets and a plain Dave's double. I called and they said they left a note for me but when I came back nothing they could do.

  Went through the drive-thru. Was told they needed cash only once I got to the window. So I had to pay with a $100 bill. Was shorted $10 on the change and the girl said, "I totally wasn't trying to scam you." Yeah okay sure. Then my food was wrong. Got the completely wrong sandwich. So I had to go inside to get it corrected. No one in the entire lobby except a little 3 year old sitting in the corner by himself. I assume their guardian was behind the counter working. New chicken sandwich is awful BTW. Congratulations on destroying a good thing.

  Horrible experience ordered online with a choc frosty he hands me vanilla I said this isn't what I ordered he says we're out said I don't want this instead of trying to fix problem he says that's what you get I then asked for ketchup handed 2 closed window and left I don't expect a lot but this was ridiculous

  Chocolate frosty and fries!! If you haven't had them you're missing out. Don't use the drive thru or you'll watch your frosty melt in the window as your food is being made.

  Who you got running this store??? Came through the drive thru twice. Got treated like garbage the whole time. Both times. Yall were out of fries which I get. Thats totally fair, I was told I could substitute one fry for a potato or chili great. I ordered 2 fries. Got home. Only one potato? Went back said hey can I get another potato. The guy working drive thru rolled his eyes and said 4 peice nugget or nothing else. I asked for clarification which made him more mad. He repeated. 4 peice nugget or nothing. I said I'll take the 4 peice please. He slams the drive through window shut. Yall Wendy's or corporate. You need to talk to these guys about attitude and service. This crew is a wreck and there extremely rude.
