- KHKristin HarderAug 19, 20212.0This was definitely not the best service...trainee was left alone making subs and cashing out while 2 other workers chilled out in the back doing grad knows what!! 2 customers in front of me, my daughters and I waited 20 minutes to be waited on while he helped the customer(s) before us, 1 left due to the wait, when we were finally served, he was friendly and polite, when did they get ride of the yellow American cheese....we can no longer eat here without it...my youngest is meat and cheese only...well without the yellow American just meat...anyway, we finally got our food only for the bread to be stale and flaky on the outside but soft in the middle....my oldest could barely eat the bread due to her braces....we have no problem any other subway with this issue....needless to say will not be returning to this Subway!
