  They do not use gloves or hair nets that’s disgusting in the food industry they need to always use them , that’s protocol

  This IS NOT a good place for Vegans. Last Sunday, a close girlfriend (whose Vegan) & I (meat eater) stopped here & she was extremely specific which salad she wanted (& what she wanted on it). They screwed it up. My girlfriend isn't known to making unnecessary work for anyone or making a fuss over a little screwup BUT she brought her receipt & untouched salad to the counter & kindly explained the problem (visibly there was chicken & cheese in the salad). The worker said she'd personally redo it. Moments later, salad #2 came but before the worker even set it down, she realized she screwed that 1 up by adding cheese & hurried back to fix it. The worker told her manager-on-duty the "whole 9 yards", how she felt terrible about the customer's experience over a simple plain salad & even though the customer isn't actually complaing, the worker "want to make it right". Long story short my friend was reimbursed for the original salad & the time she had to wait to get her food. I won't recommend this McDonalds for Vegans but I will & do give them a 10 stars for customer service.

  Food was normal for fast food. Service left something to be desired, as there were only grump looking faces and no comment of thank you or have a good day.

  Two times this location has automatically triggered my account to purchase something that I did not. How is this even legal and why is there no accountability? I'm sitting in my house and it's 6:10pm, I open my app and I'm greeted by a purchase for breakfast at the McDonald's I rarely go to after driving by last time and being charged without even making an order. First photo shows there is no ordered for today. Second is the screen shot of the order I was greeted with and it's to late to cancel. Third is the photo of it pending in my bank account. How is this specific McDonald's triggering my app to purchase when I don't do it or is it more McDonald's but people haven't noticed it yet?? I highly highly suggest everyone else pay attention to their bank accounts to avoid this theft by them. It happening once is sketchy with invasion of privacy, but a second time starts to fall more into nefarious intent territory. Tried calling the number for the app four times and each time hung up after waiting to talk to someone. Said they couldn't hear me but calling others afterwards showed they could hear me, it truly seems they are playing stupid claiming they can't hear you to avoid dealing with it. Told only way to not have my money stolen is to drive up to the store and have it canceled. Why do I have to drive up there to get my STOLEN money back?? Absolutely mind boggling this happens and the hoops they try to get you to go thru, just to avoid being STOLEN from.
