  Deb was great in taking our order! She made our experience delightful!! We were disappointed in our salad and sandwich combo, for the price.

  Went here tonight and the staff was very new.... Smelled like they burned something .... Out of most of there bread at 7 pm.... Before we got to the counter there was some employees standing around talking ... Our sandwiches looked like they were literally thrown together I was not impressed no bagette with my soup..... however the redeeming thing was the girl at the counter her name was Thea and she was amazing!!! She made sure we had a clean table and apologized profusely

  I had a bad delivery order experience with Panera via Doordash. After trying a few times unsuccessfully to reach Panera by phone I finally was able to talk with someone at Panera. The cafe person explained that my food had been ready and was delayed because a Dasher had not yet picked it up. It had been 45 minutes past the expected delivery time, and I was a bit hangry. The Panera cafe person listened, explained the hold up and sent me a coupon to apologize. Today I stopped in to give Panera a second chance. They redeemed themselves in my opinion. Thank you Mankato Panera. I will absolutely be back to enjoy more delicious food!

  We came in with egg allergies and they were so amazing about it. There was an error with our first set of sandwiches but the staff was quick to fix it! Thank you to Jerry for accommodating us and to Tony for going above!
