- JKJulie KrinkieMay 27, 20191.0I go to Caribou locations all over. They always offer me free refills on my iced tea. First of all, the girl only filled my cup up about 2/3. Then, they said no refills when I went back up later. I asked why it is different from all other Caribou locations. The staff shrugged and said she didn't know. There were 5 other staff sitting back toward the kitchen. They were all busy goofing around. I like the bagels and was going to bring a baker's dozen home (as I often do). I do not intend to come back. I told the staff member that and she just said, "OK." I am frustrated as to why it has to be so different and why the staff were so unhelpful and just didn't seem to care.
