Orders are frequently incorrect, staff can be rude, and on multiple occasions, we’ve had serious hygiene issues, including hair in drinks. This morning (around 7:20 a.m.), my coffee was made wrong again, and my husband found hair in his drink. While corporate has acknowledged our complaints and promised corrective action, the repeated mistakes and poor service make it hard to recommend this location. I hope the management takes these issues seriously so loyal customers can enjoy Dunkin’ as expected.
