This happened in the evening during a time that most other restaurants were closed & then they did not answer the phone. I ordered $60+ worth of food and if they prepared it for that long…. Why would you cancel the order 45 mins later?! Why wouldn’t you call and ask if I wanted to pick it up or just cancel it right away if it was due to weather? They have no voicemail set up so now Im hangry & can’t complain to a machine.
