worst customer service I have ever experienced. I ordered a sandwich at 11:26am and an hour later I called to check on my order. I was told they were very busy and only had one driver, which I graciously said I understood. Another 30 mins later, still no sandwich, so I called back and asked for a refund but was told my order was still out for delivery. I specifically asked if it was still going to be delivered, he said yes it's just taking a long time. 2 hours later I call back, was rudely told "they can't give me food for free" and the driver had brought my food back to the store. I was under the impression that I was being comped my meal for the insanely long wait time but that it was still being delivered, only to be treated like I was expecting food for free then hung up.

Odd, having been a manager myself, that they don’t care more about the wow-factor.
Why are there 2 pickles on my sandwich? And 3 pieces of pepper? I asked for extra, was willing to pay, and still got scammed?
And why does your crew refuse to give paying customers kicking ranch? I ordered 3 online and got none. Again. Was told it’s in the bag, they were too busy to actually listen when I said it wasn’t.
Idk man, I know it’s just sandwiches, but it’s people’s cravings too. What if your craving didn’t satisfy after you got it? You’d be sad too.
