Thanks for the notice right when I sat down and paid for a $7 coffee. Now I need to go somewhere else and spend more money because of this stores lack of planning.

I was working outside on a bitterly cold day about a mile away and desperately needed an indoor break. I was guessing I would settle for a gas station but was thrilled when I found this Caribou on my map app. I spent a long time warming up with a delicious hot chocolate. So happy for the clean restroom. Fortified with my hot chocolate and a snack and time in the warmth I was ready for my last hour plus outside.

Nate and the manager, Amy were very rude and didn’t take too kindly to me asking if I could have my drink remade because it didn’t taste like one I had before at the Caribou in Raleigh, North Carolina. Will NEVER be coming back if workers like Nate and Amy are working there. Feels like I was racially profiled.
