  Everyone who works here was crabby and we felt like our order was a burden. It’s your job, you chose to work there. I hope the owner reads these and I would like them to know the bad attitudes are coming from management.

  Didn’t flip my blizzard and refused to give me a coupon for a free one! Final straw. Culver’s would never disrespect a customer in this way..

  Avoid this Dairy Queen at all cost! This is possibly the worst Dairy Queen I have ever seen. The service is terrible. I ordered ahead of time. Then when I got there I was told they didn't have the mint crunch. Then proceeded to give me the mint crunch. Stopped talking at the drive thru and made me wait. Made my other blizzard wrong. I ordered the strawberry shortcake blizzard and no strawberries and 2 pieces of shortcake and no whip cream. Then when I got to the windows one of the employees, a girl with blonde hair was fixing her hair around all the food. They are constantly slow. They are always under staffed. No proper training. Rude. Go somewhere else. You'll be happy you did.

  My wife went to the DQ and was gone for 45 minutes, we live a mile from the DQ. Almost went looking for her. She came home with our blizzards, I drank mine, it was like water. Worst blizzard I have ever had. This place is terrible and the service is terrible. They don't care about anything or anyone. They said you needed a coupon for the buy one get one for $.99 That's not what they advertised. This place sucks.

  Sad to say our experience was terrible. I ordered a pickup order for 3 different meal deals. When I got there it took them at least 10 minutes to acknowledge me. Then I had to tell them everything that was on my order. There was on high school girl that was in charge of front counter, pickup orders, and drive thru and everything was busy. She was crushing it for what situation she was given. But it ended up taking 40 minutes to get my order and there were still people waiting to order that walked in not long after me. This location needs better management and direction from management during peak hours. I felt so bad for this poor high school kid practically running the store by herself.
