  All I wanted was a pizza…. A SINGLE PIZZA... Welllllll after three phone calls and almost 3 hours of waiting, I told them I wanted a refund… kicker is after 30 more minutes a pizza arrived at my doorstep. Ice cold…. I told them I had already got confirmation on a refund when they delivered it. I don’t blame the delivery driver in this situation. But now we will see if I actually get a refund.

  I’ve now had two bad experiences in a row at this location, and tonight was the final one. I spent $58 on my order, including an up charged pasta I hadn't tried. The pasta I received was burnt beyond edible, clearly broiled in a disposable foil pan, and completely stuck to the bottom. It was not just overcooked it was inedible. I called the store to request a refund and spoke with the assistant store manager. The call was handled extremely poorly. I was placed on hold, the phone was put down with no response, and when he returned he openly admitted he did not know how to resolve the issue. When I asked who performs quality control checks on food leaving the store, I was told delivery drivers do. Which is unacceptable and deeply concerning from a food-handling standpoint. Because the call went nowhere, I drove to the store to show them the food. At that point I was told the district manager had just arrived. I was offered a remake or store credit, not a refund. Since I wasn’t getting anywhere, I agreed to a remake. I then stood there watching orders go out for 10 minutes while my remake was delayed. The assistant manager was nowhere to be seen. To his credit, the district manager prepared the remake himself, which I appreciated. However, when checking me out, he added a $20 store credit usable only at this location, after I had already stated I would not be returning. I declined the credit and left the food. At this point, the issue is no longer just a bad meal it’s lack of leadership, lack of quality control, and lack of accountability. This location has serious operational problems, and management is fully aware of them. I will not be returning.

  Play always seem to forget toppings I don't understand it. If I order a large ultimate pepperoni pizza and order Italian sausage as an extra topping and pineapple is an extra topping, they only put pepperoni on it. Then they seemed annoyed when you call up and complain but when you tip a extra before you even look at your food I think you have a right to be a little annoyed especially when it happens all the time at this location
