  I ordered for the drivethough pickup. Got home and was disgusted. Served me and my children OVERCOOKED and CHARRED steak for out entire order. A HEALTH hazard. Literally crumbled in our mouths. it was tossed. I reached out to chipotle and they declined my request to get compensation for food not fit for consumption. Will be filing a health department complaint for the food we received, and also disputing the charge as chipotle doesn't stand by their slogan and have commitment to care about their patrons safety. Out money and food. This corporation is greedy if you cant refund me $30 for their fraudulent act. Not a good look for a new opened location.

  The staff has no idea what they are doing. There were five people standing around, the lady helping us talked barely above a whisper and wouldn't answer questions or help at all, she just started at us. She had to keep asking another lady to help. They acted like everything was a big inconvenience, seriously stay away.

  Absolutely terrible experience. The food was unbearably salty and completely inedible. The staff were some of the most incompetent employees I’ve ever encountered at any Chipotle location. One worker didn’t even know what a medium soda was, and another claimed they don’t serve burrito tortillas — while actively making my burrito. Completely unacceptable service and zero professionalism.

  No sense of urgency, short staffed, no general manager in sight to lead the charge, 3-4 more entrees were prepared while mine sat there as I waited to pay for my meal. Being short staffed, their food barely had a supply (it was very very slow when I first came in). Honestly, this is the worst ran chipotle I’ve ever been to. Needs a change of leadership and is in need of more workers.

  2 stars cause the staff has great attitudes. That being said, the food has never been made correctly when ordered online. Not just a little off, but WAY off. I ordered a simple bowl with meat, cheese, lettuce and sour cream. What I got had onions, tomatoes, salsa, and corn. I wish I could share a pic but not seeing that option.
