  This is the worst Chipotle in all of Minnesota period. Walked into this new local Chipotle and was the only one in line. 3 workers just stood there and looked at me while I waited in line. They continued to work and not help me with my order. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Finally after several minutes someone from the back came to help. I got my bowl but then the person at the check out continued to work and give instructions to a few co worker/employee. Why not stop what your doing and ring me up to pay? Smfh. After several moments she finally rang up my order so I could pay. I WILL NOT BE COMING to Chipotle anymore. Especially this location. Go eat at real local family Mexican restaurants near by. This Chipotle is a waste of space in our community.

  As any new place opens, you'd expect growing pains. My first bowl or two here was not perfect, but injad tried them a day right after they opened. Its been a few weeks, and I had a bowl last night, and it was amazing! The gentlemen who helped me eas so kind, and did let me know if could have fresh fajita veggies, and the cook had them ready. Chicken was perfect! As time goes on, I anticipate they should get better, although they were excellent last night in both food and customer service.

  SAVE YOURSELF THE DISAPPOINTMENT, IT'S NOT CONVEINENT. GO TO PANCHERO, OR ANY OTHER LOCAL CHAIN WITHIN A BLOCK... Second time I've ordered from this location and burritos are still TINY. This is supposed to have extra white rice? The quesadilla I ordered had fajitas on the side and no salsa...The other location puts the fajitas in the quesadilla. I'm convinced this location is full of newbies. Each online order has been 15-20 minutes late as well. What I loved the most was your tall white male employee working the to go line on Saturday "wow they go so many sauces" for our two orders of guac and one queso. YOU FORGOT MY SALSA!

  We have gone or ordered from this location 3 times since Dec. 12, 2025 to today 1/3/26. Each order has been worse than the previous. Today’s food was not only ice cold the barabaco was burned. I couldn’t even eat it ended up trashing the whole burrito bowl. Tried contacting them but website errors out every time I submitted a complaint. Go to the Chipotle on Baltimore in Blaine or one of the other Mexican restaurants near this location. Staff left us sitting at pick up window for over 5 minutes before acknowledging us but 4 staff clearly saw us. We picked up order with in 15 minutes of placing order so no reason for it to be cold and since they had not been open long I do not understand how their barbacoa and vegetables were already burnt beyond edibility.

  I waiting in the drive through lane on a Wednesday night for over 30 minutes after my order should have been ready and it wasn’t. I was told to go back through the lane with such disregard. I opted to go into the store to the open in person lane and just order in person. The girl told me that she wouldn’t help me but I insisted because I had two very hungry kids. The girl running the in-person line didn’t know how to wrap a burrito and I had to do it myself. After completing my in-person order, my online order was announced even though I had communicated with the online staff not to make it. When I asked what would happen to the duplicate order the employee told me he was going to eat it and I couldn’t have it. After all of this they forgot to give me chips. I have never had a worse experience at any restaurant. I reached out to Chipotle and left them a review but they did nothing to try and make things right. Lexington has four other Mexican restaurants, this Chipotle can see themselves out.
