I called back. And she kept asking the same question, I kept answering it but she still couldnt hear and she was irritable. And when I was starting to get irritated she kept accusing me of being rude. So I paid her back and hung up on her irritable self. Called back and talked to a guy who didnt even care to hear my issue so I canceled my order. Not the first time Ive had instable staff here. We habe ordered there alot. But now we will never order from there again. She snapped at me saying "You ordered online, you know whats on the pizza" okay, THEN WHY DID YOU CALL ME TO ASK IF THATS THE CORRECT ORDER? I was in the middle of something that this interrupted and had a puppy chewing up half my computer room. I didnt need this irritable woman calling me, hanging up on me. Reguardless, wont EVER order from here again. If customer service cannot be friendly then you will keep losing customers. Id expect this store to close if trends keep going the way they are.
