  Unbelievably slow, to a degree where if I had an SUV I’d have driven over the curb onto the grass and left after canceling my order during my over an hour wait for my drive thru pick up order.

  i used to call this the “good” taco bell, because it was the best in the area. the service has definitely taken a dip. my boyfriend and i would sit in the drive thru line for 20 minutes just to have better quality service and food (for what you can expect at a fast food restaurant). even in a rush we were greeted with a happy smile and kind attitude from the staff, didn’t matter if it was tuesday afternoon or during a saturday night rush. last night, a saturday night, we arrived and opted to go inside and do take out since the last time we did drive thru we were shorted a burrito. the take out ordering process is the same as any other taco bell, since they’ve shifted to ordering at the kiosk… but the limited service we did have with staff was rude, acting annoyed and clearly visibly stressed out about the rush. i can understand this, but we weren’t rude, there was no reason to be rude to us. within that i peaked in the bag before we left and since we’d ordered a bit i’d done a quick count, seen the cheese for my nacho fries and assumed the fries were in there. when i looked back up within literal seconds the staff member had walked away without giving us our cup for our drink. it took FIVE minutes to get a *cup*. staff continued looking at us and quickly looking away without acknowledging us or saying “be right with you” or “is everything alright?” eventually, with attitude, we got the cup and went home. food was still prepared well, but the nacho fries were not in there. it’s a few dollars, but after the attitude and avoidance from the staff it was frustrating since this is the second time in a row we’ve gone and had items missing from our order. it shouldn’t be on the customer to comb through their entire order to ensure the staff completed it correctly. but i guess that’ll be the new norm. we won’t be going out of our way for this location now, will just be dependent of which ones closer.

  Drive thru service could be better. If you are short on employees please hire more to handle drive thru service properly and not make people wait 30-40 mins in line (I would’ve gotten out of the line but k couldn’t work cars behind me) this is ridiculous!

  Had to pick up an order for door dash waited 10 minutes with no help or anything even though workers seen me their waiting. Unreal.
