Both of them were so sweet and great at what they do, I'd give them a raise if I could!!

And he had a great attitude.

The last few times, Julian has helped us. He is always friendly, courteous, and professional even when it's insanely busy and he's obviously swamped. Kudos to him for providing such amazing customer service.
