  I can’t think of one good thing to say about this McDonalds. The last 2 times I went to the drive through my order was missing items. The last time they gave me an overflowing bag that ripped. Calling does nothing, you have to go back to say something and by then what they do give you is cold. Can we have Dino’s Gyros back?

  Hello, I am very disappointed in the service that was given to me as I made a mobile order for a coffee, and then when I got to this McDonalds location, my order was canceled through the app out of no where- mind you, the workers were on their cell phones, IN VIEW of customers while working, they whispered to each other when they saw me , then one Latina lady came up to the counter to help as their kiosk seemed to be not working, naturally I say what happened to the employee who was no help with fixing my mobile order, she shook her head at me and said I dont know, she said exactly that. How does an employee who works at a fast food restaurant not know how to fix the issue of cancellation, when they are the ones who canceled MY APP coffee order?? I wasnt happy with my experience as I had to pay 3 dollars for another coffee when I used my reward and only paid 60 cents for the first one. Am I able to receive my points back and my money? Terrible restaurant, terrible service , I do NOT recommend going to that location and will NOT be returning

  We were waiting for fries and the line didn’t move for ten minutes while we were still at the payment window, I asked if he knew how long it’d be? He said considering they’re short staffed probably awhile. Very unprofessional.

  Literally had the worst service in my life here. They gave me one of two sandwiches. I showed receipt on phone and they said only paper copy. But first window waves me by. She completely treated me like I'm a lying jerk.

  When I came through drive-thru there were no cars in front of me. Had to wait for about 8 minutes. When I pulled up to the drive-thru there was no cars in front and when I got my order they were going to give me the wrong bag but then they corrected it and then when I pulled away I checked my order. Luckily I didn't go far and that order was wrong so I had to go through the drive-thru again so they can correct it
