  Had to pick up an order for door dash waited 10 minutes with no help or anything even though workers seen me their waiting. Unreal.

  At around 9:55am I placed a mobile order for pickup and the older gentleman that helped me out at the window had exceptional service. He was very nice and respectful and made sure everything in my order was correct. This guy deserves a raise. We need more people like him in the world. I wasn’t able to catch his name but if you know who I’m talking about, give him so praise.

  Went through the drive-through, ordered my food as normal paid and left no issues. I got home and started eating my food and took a bite of my taco and a giant chunk of blue plastic came out in my mouth from my taco. I don’t know how on earth theyd miss that. I couldnt drive all the way back for a refund and called to make sure they knew it happened and that they need to be careful because it literally came out in the bite in my mouth. And not even a sorry, just said “you can come back for the refund.” Like im expecting at least an explanation or reassurance they’ll check it out. Just gross.
