- BBBrittany BarronNov 1, 20251.0I went there the other day looking to get some help because an online catering order for one party platter was not working. So I went to the store to ask the employee if they could help take just one order in person. The young man that was working said I needed to figure it out online and learn how to work the app better. He refused to help me. I asked him if I could have his manager's name for this location which he refused to give me the store manager's name. I will not be returning to this location ever again as the service I received was just awful. The young man said he had been only working there for about a month and how do I expect him to know how to take an order for more than one sand wedge? I said that's totally fine if you are brand new. I understand things are stressful but if I could have your manager's name and placed a catering order with them maybe then they would be able to show you at a later time. He told me to figure it out and to stop bothering him. So I left and I will not return to that store again. I was able to receive much better service at the Apple Valley location.

His bank statement had already said the money was taken from his account for this order, which he showed to them. Yes it was the right location as we only live 2 miles from it. So I tried calling over and over again about 9 times and absolutely no response. Then you go online to try and contact customer service but they don’t have any info on how to do so. Whoever manages this particular store should be fired.
