Grabbed drinks and no food on the buffets so grabbed the last of the lettuce for a salad. 1 tray of old pizza on the entire pizza buffet, 1 tray. 15 people waiting for chicken, 1 guy said it had been 20 min. Waited another 10 minutes and 1 bowl came out to feed 15 people waiting. Grabbed the chicken breast and was still raw in the middle. Let the worker know and she went and grabbed all of the larger pieces, another 10 minutes it came out. By then I was over it. Just done with this place. Food and garbage on the floors, nobody ever going around sweeping or changing trash cans. To save my meal decided to grab regular cactus bread on the way out, nope, none made. So horrible. $70 for a family of 5 and literally ate nothing because of the wait and just left frustrated. Saw the other 1 star review in which the "owner" wanted the guest to call the store to talk to a manager about their experience? Really? That's how yout take care of bad experiences by making the guest do all of the work? Just don't care anymore and figure they still make enough to cover the 30 pieces of food they put out for the guests.

We love the chicken. The buffet, salad bar and dining areas are welcoming and clean. The desert pizza at the end of our meal has always been a real treat. We'll be back!
