    $30 for two 4 piece chicken baskets. “Tenders” were about the size of my thumb and fries were soggy. Not great!

    We came through town after being at a show at Mystic Lake. It was 1020 pm this past Saturday night. The young woman taking our order didn't offer any deals or specials and only after asking if there were any we were told there was a BOGO Blizzard deal in the DQ app. It started to feel/seem she had either had a long day or didn't care, either way we didn't feel welcomed. Instead, my wife had to keep repeating my Blizzard order, which was chocolate ice cream, cocoa syrup, Heath, and Reese's Peanut Better Cup. She didn't seem to know what cocoa syrup was and made it feel like I was going to have to abandon my favorite Blizzard creation. After several attempts, it was successfully ordered. Both Blizzard's came out great and tasted wonderful! We were offered lids more than once, and we got the medium size cup of ice water requested. See the picture of the great Blizzard's!

    I usually come to Dairy Queen at night and the second shift always gets my order right. They friendly, fast, and professional. Honestly, shout out to the 2nd shift crew they deserve a raise for the way they handle customers. Today I stopped by around 11 AM, which I normally don’t do. Unfortunately the experience was the opposite. The employee taking my order acted like she couldn’t hear me and my order ended up being wrong. Just being honest. the night shift sets the standard for how things should be done. Hopefully the morning shift can improve because the difference in service is noticeable.
