We had to ask who made our steaks as well because they were just PERFECT and found out it was Mario! He absolutely NAILED IT! Couldn’t recommend this place more!!:)

- JSJoshua StamperMar 12, 20262.0Ordered a ribeye and they sent out a NY strip. The person next to me also ordered a ribeye, and they got a ribeye. I asked the waiter (Micheal) to bring me a ribeye. He returned from the kitchen with the NY Strip explaining that this was a ribeye (it was not) that looked different. I raise cattle and own a wholesale meat business. I know what cuts are. I get that mistakes happening the kitchen, but owning the mistake immediately is the difference between mediocre restaurants and excellent restaurants. This Outback is mediocre.
