Fantastic food and great selection. Dining in was quiet with nice background music. Would absolutely go back and try something new!

I am pretty spoiled and picky about my Thai food, because I live in a town with a large South Asian population. It's my favorite by far, but it has to be good. I've eaten here two nights in a row, because the pad kee mao is excellent. I also love that they have a great website where you can order online, and it actually works efficiently. Then, they text you a confirmation and an estimated time for pickup, and they text you again when you're order is ready and waiting. That's top tier 2025 living. 10/10.

I get it was a large group, 20, but we called ahead of time to reserve and got there at 5 and the rest came around 5:20. Ordered all our food but they did not want to make our food and decided to make the to-go and online orders. Yes, you came after 1+ hour and explained that you guys are doing those orders first since the orders are smaller, (that explains how someone in our group got their to-go order before everyone else and them got their entrees) but you guys close at 8pm, per your schedule on here, and decided to make us wait an hour to get 2-3 entrees and some apps. The miso soup only came out when another table ordered theirs when that group of 2 got there 1+ hour after us. A group of 6 or so came around half an hour after us and got their food while everyone at our table have to asked everytime when our orders are coming. Yes, I get that you have 2 chefs only but prioritizing the online orders and smaller group while making the large group wait when it's near closing time was not good service. Half of the group left after almost 2 hours of waiting and still not getting their entrees. I don't want to critique a Hmong restaurant but do better.

Our family loves supporting local businesses, but tonight’s dining experience was extremely disappointing. Our group of 20, made a reservation, and despite only five families dining in, we waited over 1.5 hours for our food. We asked for hot tea three times and plates four times (since we were eating family style), but food came out slowly and inconsistently. By the time we finally received our plates, most of our families had already finished eating, which was too late. Guests who arrived after us were served, ate, and left before our meals even came out. When we raised the concern to the waiter and owner, we were told they had to prioritize online orders and smaller groups. Unfortunately, several families in our party had to leave early because the children couldn’t wait any longer we even ended up taking our kids to McDonald’s next door. This is a gentle reminder for restaurants: when serving large families or groups, it creates a much better experience when everyone’s food is brought out together, rather than watching others eat while still waiting. A 15% mandatory gratuity was added, which is understandable under normal circumstances but difficult to justify after such a long delay.

We ate here today with a group of 20. We reserved ahead of time and ordered 10 minutes after we arrived. 1 hour after ordering, our appetizers came out one at a time. Then every 30 minutes afterwards, an entree would come out for one person at a time. 6 of our group members left because they did not receive their food after 2 hours of waiting. The restaurant still charged us gratuity and wasn't apologetic about the wait, explaining to us that since we had a large party of 20, they prioritized and cooked online orders and other diners', who arrived after us, food before ours (8 other diners only). This was the most ridiculous experience I have ever had. Update: your unprofessional response to my review indicates that you aren't apologetic and do not take accountability for your bad customer service. How are you blaming the customers who need time to review the menu before ordering when some have never dine there? Your lack or accountability and empathy for making us wait and making us pay for gratuity when we received horrible customer service and didn't even get all our food is embarrassing for your restaurant. Serving other people before us is not okay when we arrived way before they did. You will never receive my business again.
