    Not happy with my neighborhood McDonald's, I order breakfast and decided to register to play the monopoly game, well, according to the employee I spoke with says, "were all out, sorry." I've never experienced where a McDonald's was out of game packages for ppl to play. Crazy!

    Management is incredibly rude and unwilling to resolve basic problems with an easy solution. If you want to eat somewhere where you'll be told you'll be helped by one manager, then another manager yells at you, rolls their eyes at you, and argues with you--this the place for you. Worst customer service experience I have ever had. That manager has no business working in a public facing field and should be fired. I'll be driving further away to another location just to avoid this place. Oh, and the resolution that the first manager promised never happened, and I left without food. The level of incompetence and disrespect is unreal.

    The receipt did not come out when I ordered one of the workers in the back came to help and was extremely helpful and then when one of the hamburgers was not cooked thru they got us a new one and brought it out to us and we’re extremely friendly and helpful
