Not only did he make sure my food came out as quickly as possible when he realized the mistake but he comped my entire meal. He also checked in several times to see how the food was tasting. I will definitely be back!

Yesterday, I felt like getting some strips and decided why not give them another shot. My order was over 100 dollars, and my guests were thrilled to try their chicken and waffles. I picked up the order and didn't check the bag because I trusted they'd made sure the extra sauces I paid for were in there. What a mistake. Seriously. I cannot express how infuriating it was to get home and find that NONE of the extra sauces were in there, not even the strawberry (which is an extra charge) that was supposed to come with the funnel fries. Drinks were missing, and the Oreo shake was melted. It tasted like watered-down milk and a slight Oreo flavor. ALL of the chicken was dry, unseasoned (yes, even the spiciest one. It was seriously so mild.) and THIN. I actually think I've had better chicken fingers at Burger King. The waffles tasted of fried egg, and weren't moist at all. It felt like I was biting into a stale gas station waffle. And finally, the banana pudding. After feeling extremely embarrassed that my guests couldn't enjoy anything, I'd hoped at least that it would taste okay. I mean, who can mess up Banana Pudding? They did. And horribly. Absolutely NOTHING like the picture, no cookie crumbles, nothing. Just WATERY and SOUPY. True slop. Wouldn't even feed this to the garbage can if it was a living, breathing thing. Please don't eat here. I feel nauseous just writing this. I don't want to think this could have been due to having a Hispanic name, considering my Irish friends seem to have had a great experience here previously. Honestly, feels likely to be racially motivated. Especially considering the times we are witnessing as a country right now.
