  me and my mom went to the dunkin donuts just now .. on 3/30/26 . the service we got was horrible . the girl who helped us was light brown haired with a braid in , in jeans and she was just mean ! we didnt provoke her not a bit i think . we came in and asked for icecream and she just had a horrible attitude about it. rolled her eyes and gave us dirty glances . even went as far as to glare at us out the window when we left ! we left very dissatisfied with the service we got . im giving two stars because the ice cream is yummy . girl was awful , dont know her name .

  Katie is so awesome super nice and always makes the best latest and macchiatos. she is the reason I chose dunkin over caribou THANK YOU

  Coffee was really good, but the last two times we've gotten donuts there are hardly any to choose from and they've been pretty dry. The plain glazed donut didnt look like it had any glaze on it and the frosted ones look pretty sloppy.

  If I could give this place a billion stars, I would. The donuts and coffee products are amazing and the staff members are always very kind and helpful.
