The 2nd time: my mother repeated "Mt.Dew" 3+ times before it moved on & She got Strawberry Fanta. She's allergic to Strawberry!! Normally we'd go back to fix it but the woman BARELY understood English & clearly hated that she was talking to us. If you want real service, come before 9pm. Late night workers & AI don't care.

It was my first time door dashing and I was simply following the instructions in the app but apparently Taco Bell has a conflicting criteria than that of Doordash. Instead of just simply explaining to me the way they do things at their store for future reference they made my experience super difficult. I waited in an extremely long drive thru line all to have the drive thru window shut in my face and they refused to give me my doordash order through the window. You would think that after I explained that it was my first time door dashing and I was just following the instructions in the app, and how long I waited they would just tell me "well next time just come inside because we hand out door dash orders in the lobby, but since you waited in the line so long here you go." There was staff members laughing at me and they talked to me very rudely.
