Stopped in to grab a quick bite for my daughter after a late sports practice. It had been a while since I'd been here. The service was excellent and the food was fine, but since when does it cost $23 to get a small (hae had the single patty, plain cheeseburger), medium fry (so we could share), and a shake from a fast food place?!?! That is just insane. Had we each gotten our own meal that would have been close to $50 for a FAST FOOD MEAL. I'm sorry, but no fast food burger is worth that to me. As good as the fries were, we just can't afford to be going back. Definitely good service and according to my daughter a solid burger. Just didn't want others to experience the sticker shock I just did.

Ordered a bacon burger lettuce wrap and specified no cheese since I’m lactose intolerant. I always watch and make sure that cashiers are entering my order correctly on the screen in case I need to clarify on the no dairy aspect, but didn’t see any issues with how the cashier wrote the order ticket. Hadn’t been to this location before, but I didn’t double check my order before leaving the restaurant since Five Guys as a chain is usually so good about getting their orders correct if you specify your dietary needs (which was my mistake). Got home and found that the kitchen staff had included cheese on my wrap anyway, and had to throw it away. I had been excited to find this Five Guys location since it’s on my way home from work, but now I definitely won’t be stopping back. Wouldn’t recommend this location to anyone who has dietary restrictions or needs, or really to anyone who just wants to get what they actually order either.

Food is great, but I simply don't find the cost is worth it for fast food. Applebee's across street is cheaper than this. May be it's just me, but I'd rather have that burger cooked to order, medium rare with fries, for less.
