I always watch and make sure that cashiers are entering my order correctly on the screen in case I need to clarify on the no dairy aspect, but didn’t see any issues with how the cashier wrote the order ticket. Hadn’t been to this location before, but I didn’t double check my order before leaving the restaurant since Five Guys as a chain is usually so good about getting their orders correct if you specify your dietary needs (which was my mistake). Got home and found that the kitchen staff had included cheese on my wrap anyway, and had to throw it away. I had been excited to find this Five Guys location since it’s on my way home from work, but now I definitely won’t be stopping back. Wouldn’t recommend this location to anyone who has dietary restrictions or needs, or really to anyone who just wants to get what they actually order either.
