Her demeanor was unfriendly, rolling her eyes when we made requests, and she failed to exhibit basic manners, including failing to execute the customary flip for our Blizzards. Notably, our previous visit resulted in extremely runny Blizzards, while this time they were sloppy. When my wife requested napkins, the young lady tossed them in a dismissive manner. Throughout our interaction, she neglected to express gratitude or courtesy.
