  We absolutely love Pizza Ranch - Hibbing! This has become our family’s favorite place to gather. Not only is the food consistently great with so much variety and quality to choose from, but the atmosphere makes it even more special. It’s comfortable, welcoming, and perfect for bringing everyone together. What truly sets this location apart is the staff. They are always so friendly, attentive, and genuinely wonderful. You can tell they care about their guests and work hard to make every visit enjoyable. We always leave happy, full, and already looking forward to the next time we get together there. Highly recommend!

  Salad bar was ok. Buffet food was old and cold. Several unbussed tables. No employees in sight. I understand the check out process is partially automated but the cashier had the audacity to point out where to leave a tip at a buffet.

  Went to this Pizza Ranch for a kids birthday party. Ended up getting the buffet because we were really looking forward to the chicken. When we first went up to the buffet the chicken looked overly cooked and like it had been sitting there for hours (this establishment was not busy for a Saturday evening). We asked if fresh chicken would be coming out, and was told yes. When the fresh chicken arrived we grabbed a thigh and a drumstick. My husband bit into the thigh and immediately spit it out and said the skin was not cooked. Upon looking down at the thigh the meat right under the skin was pink and raw. Once he peeled some of the meat up it was completely raw and left blood on his plate. He brought it up to the manager and and she grabbed the plate from him and said "Oh no that's not good" and turned and brought it into the kitchen. Never coming back out, and no apology what so ever. Later when she came to tell us to leave the party room my husband brought it up to her again and she told him "Sorry, there's nothing I can do about it and you need to get a hold of the owner." Um, who is the owner and how do we contact them because we would love to speak to them about serving raw chicken. She ran away and hid in the back before we could ask her how to get ahold of them. It's not even about being compensated it's the fact that RAW CHICKEN is being served and other people need to be aware of this before eating there.

  The cost was far too high based on the quality of food. Service was default, nothing special. Fun Zone was the same as any other arcade.
