He wasn’t just taking orders — he was genuinely attentive, cracking jokes, keeping drinks full, and making sure everything came out perfect. You can tell he takes pride in his work and actually enjoys taking care of people. Our food came out fast, fresh, and exactly how we wanted it — but what really stood out was how effortless Ozell made it all feel. It’s rare to find someone that consistent and on point, especially during a busy night. If you ever stop by Outback, ask for Ozell. He’s the kind of server who turns a regular dinner into an experience. Management’s lucky to have him — he’s the reason people come back.

The meat was cooked wonderfully and I enjoyed the smashed potatoes and buttered Asparagus there as well. I also tried this color changing Mango drink that came with a free mini alligator plastic figurine toy. Our waitress, who was dressed as corn on the cob for Halloween, was also super sweet (corn)... corny pun, I know.
