    No utensils. No napkins. Gravy containers full of gravy which also spilled onto other food. Which would not be a huge deal if they had included napkins!

    Placed an app using the mobile order and walked inside to pick it up. Waited for a few minutes until it was already, which was fine because I was early. However, the person running the cash register, loaded my food into our to go bag and had her hands all over our onion rings and fries. They were never washed after using the cash register for a different guest and she could have touched the side of the container instead of covering the entire top of our food. I had three hungry children and had a long day at work, so I took our food, removed the touched pieces and threw them away. Hygiene practices might need to be reviewed if cash register. People are also loading food into bags for other guests. Upon getting halfway home, we realized that we were not given one of our drinks or one of our desserts. Super disappointing but no time to go back.

    The lady at the counter has the best attitude I have seen in years. She was on it. She was taking orders, answering questions, pulling orders, wiping down tables. All with a big smile on her face. She asked all of us if we had a great meal and she really wanted to know. I thank her for making my lunch stop memorable for a good reason!

    My family and I just did our first catering order. It's so cool that we offer this as an option to do now. So well do it again in a couple of months for my daughter birthday party.
